Professor Dr. Klaus Töpfer

Lutz Hartmann studied law in Jura in Mainz, Freiburg and Paris. He is a founding partner of Belmont / Legal and admitted to the bar in both Frankfurt and Paris. He specializes on cross-border transactions by German companies in France and Africa. He works as a foreign advisro to France and is a member of the board of direcotrs of the Afrika-Verein der deutschen Wirtschaft. Three years ago he bought a fruit plantation in Ethiopia.
